• Seeking a Female Chef for a 50m Busy Charter Motor Yacht. • The program is charter. • Rotation is 2 months on / 2 months off. • Cruising location will be Florida & Caribbean. • Start date is ASAP. • Salary is dependent on experience. • Requirements include female candidates only. • Significant experience as a yacht Chef on similar-sized vessels is required. • Strong busy charter experience is essential. • Confident creating varied, high-end menus tailored to guest preferences is necessary. • Excellent knowledge of international cuisines and dietary requirements is expected. • Strong provisioning, budgeting and inventory-management skills are required. • Must be able to maintain exceptional galley organisation and hygiene standards. • The ideal candidate is calm, flexible and professional under pressure. • A positive attitude and strong team-player mentality are preferred. • Valid STCW, ENG1 and relevant culinary qualifications are mandatory. • Excellent references and proven longevity preferred.
