Candidate Profile Experienced Head Chef with a strong yachting background Confident independently managing a professional galley Capable of producing consistently high-level cuisine across a range of styles Strong menu planning, provisioning and inventory-management skills Comfortable catering for both owners and crew Highly organised, clean and confident working under pressure Able to manage budgets, dietary requirements and changing schedules Spanish-speaking candidates preferred Valid B1/B2 visa preferred Male preferred due to the existing cabin arrangements Professional, adaptable and available to start as soon as possible
