About this role
We are seeking an experienced, highly adaptable Executive Private Chef to provide exceptional culinary services for a high-net-worth client, their family, guests, and staff across multiple residences. This Houston-based role requires regular travel throughout North America, including an extended annual summer assignment in Maine and periodic travel to the Bahamas.
The Executive Private Chef will be responsible for daily meal planning and execution, menu development, dietary management, provisioning, kitchen operations, guest service, private events, and coordination of supplemental culinary and service support. The ideal candidate is polished, discreet, flexible, highly organized, and able to maintain consistent standards across residences and travel locations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of professional private-chef experience
- ideally supporting a HNW/UHNW individual or family.
Strong culinary skills across a variety of cuisines
- with the ability to prepare healthy
- personalized meals and accommodate dietary restrictions
- allergies
- and preferences.
High level of discretion

- and interpersonal skills appropriate for a private household.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly
- including extended assignments in Maine each summer and periodic Bahamas/international travel.
Valid driver’s license and passport

- and ability to successfully complete background and reference checks.
Nice to have
- Culinary degree from an accredited institution or equivalent formal culinary training.
Current ServSafe or equivalent food-safety certification.
Previous experience in a private estate
- yacht
- luxury hospitality
- or multi-residence household environment.
Prior domestic and international travel experience while supporting principals in a private-service setting.
