PRIVATE VILLA CHEF | SOUTH OF FRANCE | £500/DAY | 14TH-24TH | TRAVEL PAID
I’m looking for an experienced Private Villa Chef to complete a 10-day contract in a beautiful private villa, approximately one hour north of Saint-Tropez.
Rate: £500 per day Dates: 14th-24th Travel: Paid Guests: Up to 10
You’ll be preparing:
* Continental breakfasts * Family-style BBQ lunches * Three-course plated dinners with canapés
The family enjoys light, elegant Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on fresh fish, crudo and seasonal ingredients. Favourite proteins include sea bass, turbot, pigeon, quail and veal. A full preference sheet will be provided before arrival.
You’ll have access to specialist yacht provisioners, excellent local supermarkets, and support from a host and housekeeper for service and dishes.
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with excellent time management * Strong on menu planning and prep * Clean and comfortable working in an open, guest-facing kitchen * Friendly, professional and discreet * A confident driver with a full driving licence * Previous villa, private household or yachting experience preferred
