Full-time, permanent position. No rotation.
Joining in Australia, mid to late November 2026.
New Year's trip to Papua New Guinea.
Package
$8,500–$9,500 USD per month, depending on experience.
44 days annual leave.
The Food
No fancy Michelin-style cooking.
English owners, so you need to be strong in classic English cookery and know how to cook a good curry.
Candidate Profile
Experienced Sole Chef with a solid yachting background.
Strong in classic English cooking and confident with curries.
Comfortable running the galley independently: menu planning, provisioning and inventory, including in remote locations where supplies take planning.
Clean, organised and calm under pressure.
Looking for a long-term, full-time role on board.
Female candidate preferred due to cabin arrangements.
