A 48m private expedition and research yacht based in Miami Beach is looking for a full-time Sole Chef to join a small, close-knit crew. The owner uses the boat regularly for work and expeditions, with frequent trips to the Bahamas and Key West.
You'll cook for 3 crew plus 4 guests on a relaxed, straightforward programme. Good, fresh, reliable food matters more than frills.
We're after someone active and outdoorsy who'll get stuck into life aboard. Diving is a big plus.
Live aboard full time, or commute when the boat isn't on a trip. Start date after Thanksgiving. This is a US-flagged vessel, so US citizens and green card holders only. Candidates based in Miami or South Florida preferred, but travel can be arranged for the right person.
