• Looking for an experienced, motivated and passionate Yacht Sous Chef to join the galley team aboard a 90m private motor yacht.
• The ideal candidate takes pride in their food, brings creativity and enthusiasm to the galley, and works well as part of a professional onboard team.
Requirements
- Previous yacht chef experience
- Valid STCW certification
- Valid ENG1 medical
- Valid B1/B2 visa
- Currently in the USA and available to travel
- Strong culinary skills and excellent galley organisation
- High standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation
- Positive attitude and strong team ethic
