• Temporary Sous Chef needed for a 60m charter motor yacht. • This is for a 1-week trip in Thailand (November 15-22). • Candidate requirements: Male due to cabin arrangements, and nationality able to freely travel to Thailand and surrounding countries. • Candidate must be suitably qualified and have yacht experience with all usual valid certificates, including STCW, ENG1/or equivalent, and a discharge book. • Contract type: Temporary MLC SEA with health insurance cover included. • Salary: Day rate inclusive of leave - $250-300USD. • Flights: Economy return fares covered by the yacht. • Preference for candidates not requiring excess travel to join, though not a showstopper. • Long-term thinking: The yacht ideally wants someone who can be regularly called upon for future trips and charters. • Start date is around November 9th, finishing most likely on the 23rd. • The yacht currently operates with a rotational sole chef and seeks a good sous chef on call for foreseeable future trips. • Features a great galley and really nice, easygoing owners. • Preference is for someone young with a good can-do attitude and decent land-based experience.
