A 69m motor yacht with 15 crew is looking for a Sous Chef to join the galley over winter while the boat is in a shipyard in Italy, ahead of a summer season mixing charter and private owner trips.
Last summer was a busy charter season and several charters are already booked, so you'll work alongside the Head Chef through the yard period and straight into a full season.
We're after someone hardworking and ambitious, early in their career and keen to grow, with a real passion for cooking great food. The owners are Russian, so experience cooking for Russian guests or with Russian cuisine is a strong plus.
