Candidate Requirements: * Must have B1/B2 * Valid STCW & ENG1 Certs * Male or Female * Ideally 1yr minimum experience within the industry * Able to cope with busy charter program * Previous Michelin/Fine Dining Experience * Eager to learn and get involved with all galley operations
Position Primarily to cook for the 13 crew onboard and assist with organisation and hygiene of the galley whilst also assisting the Head Chef with Guest prep & service.
I’m looking for someone who is happy to go the extra mile for the crew with lots of variety, fresh breads, occasional desserts and breakfasts etc. whilst also being able to keep up with assisting the Head Chef within a busy charter program.
Looking for someone with at least 1 years experience onboard a private/ charter yacht and with a solid background in fine dining/Michelin environment.
